Unfortunately some Islamic bookstores have suggested The Life of Muhammad: A Translation of Ishaq's Sirat Rasul Allah by Alfred Guillaume and A. Guillaume as a good Seerah book for English readers. The problem is that bookstore owners don't read the books, especially if the bookstore is very large. The translation is deviant and you can check here to see the reviews of some people on it. It is very easy to see which people are the Muslims and which people are the looser kuffar.
